SEC versus Nasdaq: 10 Millionen Dollar Strafe wegen Facebook...

... so erwartet es jedenfalls die Wall Street. Es geht um den schlampig aufbereiteten Börsengang von Facebook vor einem Jahr. Für das Versagen des IPO-Systems soll nun die Nasdaa zehn Millionen Dollar an Penale zahlen. Es sei die höchste Strafe, die bislang an eine Börse gegangen sei. Mal sehen, was nun tatsächlich rauskommt.
Software ist ein riskantes Geschäft.
